Leadership Development Mentorship Program

A structured approach focused on enhancing key leadership skills, emotional intelligence, personal growth, ability to inspire others and lead with vision.

Program Goals

1. Enhance leadership capabilities through developing core leadership competencies

1. 12 weeks of 4 hrs each Saturday plus assignments

Objective – To help participants understand their leadership styles and set leadership development goals.

Self-awareness and emotional intelligence

Objective – To help participants understand their leadership style, strengths, weaknesses and emotional triggers.

2. Strategies for being self-aware and handling stress

3. Set personal leadership development goals

Visionary Leadership and Strategic Thinking

Objective –  To develop the ability to think strategically, set compelling vision and communicate effectively.

1. Crafting and communicating a compelling vision.

2. Long-term goal setting (Decision making tools PESTIL; SWOT; Scenario planning).

Communication and Influence

Objective– To enhance participants’ ability to influence others and to communicate effectively across different levels.
